Verity answered questions very quickly when I asked over messages. I found this very assuring. During each contraction Verity helped me stay and comfortable as possible and helped to keep me positive. Once we were at the hospital, she provided the staff with all the information so we we're able to focus. She kept me calm and relaxed during the whole time. She supported us in every way she could. It's the best decision we made. The first time is a must. In the current midwife crisis situation, having a Doula and the 1-1 help they provide helps to stay calm, making the birth a beautiful experience.
