I had the most amazing 2nd birth and I give Verity credit for this; she was amazing!
She gave me and my partner the knowledge, the courage and the confidence to be our own advocates in our own home, water birth.
I did the hypno-birthing course, and its not all hippy dippy, like you'd expect. Verity is so down to earth and put me at east the moment we started. It really does work and Verity is so helpful with any questions or worries you might have.
I had a 10lb baby, no intervention, unmedicated, no tears and a 3 hour active labour. I breathed my baby out using the techniques I was taught.
This course and having a doula like Verity is the best thing you can do for yourself and your birth!
